The Fayette Legal Journal is published weekly by the Fayette County Bar Association. The Legal Journal includes selected court opinions of the Civil, Criminal and Orphans’ Divisions of the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County, as well as legal notices for Fictitious names, Change of Name Petitions, Certificates of Authority, Dissolution Notices, Incorporation Notices, Estate Notices, Sheriff's Sales, Adoption Notices, and other important notices.
Deadlines
The Fayette Law Journal is published every Saturday. Legal notices must be received at 92 East Main Street, Uniontown, PA 15401 no later than 12:00 noon on the Monday preceding the date of publication. No date of publication is promised, however. Legal notices are published exactly as submitted by the advertiser.
